YUDÉ RYUJI ZAMPRONIO

Interactive audiovisual installation that involves the body, vision, hearing and touch, leading to the rediscovery of what was already there. We propose a re-look that aims to relocate the place of the Body in the City and of the City in the Body. Creating new relationships and meanings about the urban landscape, the noises and figures that go unnoticed, surround us and sometimes swallow us, but that can also point to the horizon, revealing problems and future. The entire installation was made by walking on "Luz" neighborhood of São Paulo`s city center, collecting fragments, objects, recording audios and videos. All these fragments were shaped to become this interactive installation inside an abandoned building in the same neighborhood. The video below was projected in the installation, and the sound objects constructed were also amplified and processed using Ableton Live, microphones, speakers, and wired headphones.
